Definitely a company to stay away from. I ordered 3 necklaces, 1 of them arrived different. They say it's out of stock. Otherwise, update your stock on the site. If there is no stock, let me know and send me your own model. This process was so long and annoying that I ended up returning all the products. I was the one who struggled until I got a refund. They are not institutional. Employees do not know about each other in terms of order tracking, order sharing is terrible. They cannot keep track of stock. I'm a customer, they make it seem like it's my fault. I am astonished. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The comments seem awful. I will make a realistic comment, I am very against online shopping and the comments prove it, but I placed the order and it came immediately within 24-48 hours, and I did not pay at the door, the institution may have broken trust before, may have delayed, the business did not fully fit couriers completely The problem may be that the deal could not be made already, I am satisfied, the product is very good, thanks.

This is a site you should definitely not shop from. They have not sent the product, which will be delivered within 5 business days, for three weeks. They are constantly using delaying tactics. Every time I call they ship within the same day. But for some reason they can't send it...
